In the beginning was the Digital Revolution. The Internet took many innocent lives and there was great suffering. Adding to the chaos was bad design, poor usability and evil pop-up banner ads.

In the midst this anarchy, a ray of hope appeared. A tribal leader from the southern land of Xin （新） had a vision, of an age where there would be digital harmony, where the internet can be traversed without fear by all, where websites would be united in a new Free Transaction Algorithm, and where information and ideas can flow freely.

And thus a new nation was born. Dedicated to bringing about a new Internet World peace.
